Low-cost courier firm sees sales surge 25pc
AN IRISH courier service has bucked the trend of the economic downturn and is expanding.
Fastway Couriers has seen its revenue jump by 15pc between 2009 and 2010, with the number of parcels moved up 25pc.
The company has created 16 new positions in Dublin since 2009.
Eddie McEllone, Dublin General Manager of Fastway, said: "Everyone is looking at costs these days and that suits us, as our business model is built on a low cost, high volume and quality service offering."
