Little Museum gets big honour
The Little Museum of Dublin has won the Judges Special Recognition Award at this year's Allianz Business to Arts Awards. It was recognised for its breadth of engagement with the business sector
Ulster Bank, BNP Paribas, Coca Cola and Google were also among those who garnered awards at this years' awards ceremony at the National Concert Hall last night.
Brendan Murphy, Allianz chief executive, said this year's awards showcased an inspirational range of organisations and communities.
"These awards demonstrate yet again the contribution and creativity in both the business and arts community, and its importance to our economic and cultural recovery," Mr Murphy said.
"We may be seeing our economy start to recover, but we have always been culturally rich. The winners and those highly commended continue to add to this and show how cultural patronage will always bear economic fruit." 2014 marks the 23rd annual awards which recognise businesses, organisations and artists.
