Laura jetting home from London to support Dubs
Laura Whitmore is jetting home from London to cheer on the Blues at Croker this Sunday.
"I'm obviously rooting for Dublin. I'm hoping to go to the game with my two little brothers," she revealed.
The Wicklow-native MTV broadcaster admitted that while she didn't grow up as a big GAA fan, her heartthrob boyfriend Danny O'Reilly -- frontman of The Coronas -- has changed her mind.
"I wasn't a massive GAA fan but I've kind of had no choice but to become a fan as my boyfriend is a great Gaelic football player and so are my younger brothers.
"If you're surrounded by that you have no choice but to get caught up in at all," said Laura.
The 26-year-old will take to the stands with over 82,000 fans for the clash and is to be treated to a half-time show by an up-and-coming Irish band, as part of Croker's activities on the day.
Tallaght group Bipolar Empire will see their dreams come true as they take over the pitch for their performance in the stadium.
The Dublin act are huge GAA followers and can't wait to play in headquarters.
"We're delighted to do it, it's amazing to get the chance to play in Croke Park," said singer Shane O'Reilly.
"It'll be a brilliant occasion for Dublin and standing in the middle of the pitch will be great."
