Jailed leader's husband flees

The husband of jailed former Ukrainian prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko has been granted political asylum in the Czech Republic.

A lawyer said Oleksandr Tymoshenko left his country because its government has launched a criminal investigation against him.

Last year, the Czech Republic angered Ukraine by granting asylum to another ally of Yulia Tymoshenko's, and the decision to do that with her husband will likely further strain the countries' relations.

A pastor in the US has opened a tattoo parlour inside his church.

The Rev Steve Bentley says he's trying to reach out to people who have never felt comfortable at a traditional house of worship.

Bentley's church, The Bridge, is inside a shopping centre in Flint Township, Michigan.
