The stars of Aladdin are entering the final countdown before it's showtime.
It isn't truly Christmas until the panto season gets underway for many Dubliners, and the tickets for the Olympia Theatre production next month have now gone on sale.
Panto veteran Linda Martin will be joining actor Simon Delaney, comedian and actor Al Porter and Fair City's Ryan Andrews for the show.
And pop manager Louis Walsh's latest pop group Hometown will also be starring in the production, which has an all-singing, all- dancing cast of 100. The X factor judge is an executive producer of the show.
Louis has previously told of his delight that the boys will be in the panto. "It's great to be on stage. It will really prepare them for the big stage next year. It's not easy being in panto, it's hard work, and these guys are hard workers."
He has predicted that the boyband will become Ireland's latest answer to Take That.
Some well-known entertainment personalities will be taking on the leading roles in the production.
Linda Martin will be playing the role of Get Lucky, Simon Delaney will be playing The Genie and Ryan Andrews, who plays the role of Sean Cassidy in Fair City, will be Aladdin.
Panto dame Al Porter is Nurse Polly and Ciara Lyons will be Princess Jasmine.
As well as starring in the show, the action-packed panto is directed by Dubliner Simon Delaney (42).
From Bachelor's Walk to Tinseltown, where he starred alongside Vince Vaughan and Jack Reynor in Delivery Man last year, he has had an extensive career in front of the cameras.
Aladdin will run at The Olympia Theatre from Wednesday, December 17 to Sunday, January 4, 2015. Tickets are priced at between €22 and €36, including a booking fee.
