It seems music legend Nile Rodgers can't get enough of Irish designer Claire Garvey.
The Chic musician has been a long-time fan and now he has placed another order with her ahead of his Dublin gig next month.
"He got on to me a little while ago and I'm doing another jacket for him," Claire told the Herald.
"I don't know if he's going to be wearing it for his gig in the Iveagh Gardens or not, but I'll be meeting with him beforehand to fit the jacket.
"He tends to wear my stuff for the big events like awards shows and photo-shoots as opposed to concerts."
Earlier this year, the disco performer, who is set to play here on July 9, wore two of Claire's jackets to the Oscars - one on the red carpet, and one during his performance with Elton John.
Now, the Temple Bar-based designer is busy creating another one-off piece for Nile.
"It's got a lot of yellows and bright colours in it so I suppose it's in-keeping with the Irish sunshine. He leaves it as a surprise for himself and just tells me to do whatever I want.
"It's great to have complete free reign."
Aside from working with Nile, Claire has a busy summer ahead of her with other projects.
Award-winning Irish composer and conductor Eimear Noone has also turned to Claire to dress her for her performance at Gamescom, the world's biggest gaming convention, in Cologne, Germany, this August.
"It's the first time I've ever done anything for a gaming convention and she's looking for a computerised look," Claire said.
She also revealed her designs are becoming increasingly popular on the continent after German burlesque performer and model Ophelia Overdose was spotted in some of her creations.
"It's crazy," she said.
