Elsewhere in Mexico, police in Acapulco reported yesterday finding two ice chests, one of which held a man's head and the other a leg and right foot.

'Moron' used feet as brakes

A POLICE video camera captured images of a 24-year-old Detroit man who tried using his feet to stop a runaway pickup truck and caused multiple collisions.

He was arrested for reckless driving.
