DANCING On Ice star Anthea Turner is recovering after hurting a rib during training for the ITV show.
The 52-year-old presenter said her on-screen partner Andy Buchanan spotted the problem, telling fans on Twitter: "Lying on my bed with hot-water bottle strapped to my ribcage. @AndyBuchananTV felt it and heard 1 ping Y/day PAIN!!!!"
Turner is on the hit show with other celebrities, including rugby player Gareth Thomas, Olympian Beth Tweddle and Coronation Street star Samia Ghadie.
Last week, Turner said her stint on the show was worth all the injuries.
She told told ITV's Lorraine show that it had given her "the best bum I've ever had".
Daley's trunks in a museum
A PAIR of swimming trunks worn by Olympic diving star Tom Daley and a leotard signed by medal-winning gymnast Beth Tweddle are now museum pieces.
The 28-inch trunks, designed by Stella McCartney, join a number of Olympics and Paralympics-related outfits in the Museum of London.
The museum also acquired a long-sleeved, dark blue leotard with rhinestones and signed by medal-winning gymnast Tweddle.
Judge breaks 7-year silence
US Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, who has not asked a question in court for nearly seven years, has spoken to a lawyer presenting a case before him.
Justice Thomas (64) made a comment during a joke about lawyers who studied at Harvard and Yale universities.
The BBC reports that Justice Thomas has not asked a question in court since February 22, 2006.
Gunmen shoot Mexican driver
WITNESSES in the Mexican resort of Acapulco say a band of gunmen chased passengers off a bus and then killed the driver and his 14-year-old assistant.
People at the scene say gunmen intercepted the bus around noon yesterday.
They say the gunmen ordered screaming passengers to get off and shot the driver and his young assistant, who collected fares.
Police are investigating.
