'I woke to find Spacey performing sex act on me', says latest accuser
Kevin Spacey has been accused of sexual assault by a British actor, who claims he woke to the House Of Cards star performing a sex act on him.
Scotland Yard is believed to be investigating the alleged incident, which reportedly occurred in 2008.
The alleged victim was 23 at the time and claimed Spacey asked him not to tell anyone after reportedly being caught in the act and asked to stop.
The actor claimed the incident occurred after he passed out in Spacey's home after being invited back for a drink.
He is said to have fled the premises after the incident.
It is claimed Spacey said: "Don't tell anyone about this."
It is understood the complainant had asked Spacey to help with his career.
The alleged victim, now 32, contacted City of London Police on Tuesday after it emerged Spacey was accused of allegedly abusing a 14-year-old boy, a claim he has denied.
This was then passed on to the Metropolitan Police as the crime is alleged to have happened in Lambeth, London.
It is reported that detectives from the Met's Child Abuse and Sexual Offences Command interviewed the alleged victim yesterday at a Central London police station.
"It is alleged a man assaulted another man in 2008 in Lambeth," a Met statement said.
"Officers from the Child Abuse and Sexual Offences Command are investigating."
Spacey has apologised to actor Anthony Rapp, who accused the Hollywood star of making a sexual advance towards him when he was 14. Admitting publicly for the first time that he is gay, Spacey said he could not remember the alleged 1986 incident with Mr Rapp, but said he was "horrified" by the story.
"If I did behave then as he describes, I owe him the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate, drunken behaviour," the 58-year-old said in a statement.
Since then, many allegations have been made about the actor, who has been accused of predatory behaviour towards young interns and actors during his time as artistic director at the Old Vic Theatre in London.
Roberto Cavazos, who acted in several plays there, said Spacey's attentions bordered on "harassment" and that he felt compelled to fend him off on several occasions.
Writing on Facebook, Mr Cavazos said: "It seems the only requirement was to be a male under the age of 30 for Mr Spacey to feel free to touch us.
"There are a lot of us who have a 'Kevin Spacey story'. It was so common it even became a local joke - in very bad taste. I do not remember how many people told me the same story. Spacey invited them to meet him to 'talk about their careers'.
"When they arrived at the theatre, the gentleman had prepared a picnic with champagne on the stage, beautifully lit.
"Each story varied in how far the picnic came, but the technique was the same."
It is also alleged Spacey sexually assaulted a male former employee of the House Of Cards television series, according to US media. Eight current or former House Of Cards workers also claimed that the actor made the production a "toxic" workplace, CNN reported.
Their identities were withheld because they said they feared professional fall-out.
All of the employees described Spacey's behaviour as predatory, targeting young, male employees.
