Herald chef Stuart to cook for Obama
Irish chef Stuart O'Keeffe is about to reach new heights in his career -- by cooking for President Obama and the cast of Glee.
The Herald columnist revealed that he was pinching himself after he received a call about organising a dinner for the president of the United States.
"I've been approached to do a sit-down dinner for 80 people for Barack Obama's campaign later this year," the Herald columnist said.
"It would be top of the game, it would be unreal."
Stuart, who is originally from Nenagh in Co Tipperary, revealed that Barack Obama and him had more in common than he would have thought.
"Obama is actually from where my mother's family is from, in Moneygall.
"It's kind of hilarious really, it would be insane to meet him."
The talented 30-year-old, who is popular with Hollywood stars, also let slip that he might be cooking for Glee producer, Ryan Murphy and the award-winning cast of the show this year.
"I've been approached to do a party for Ryan Murphy but nothing is confirmed yet -- it would be great," he said.
