Gardai investigating an alleged sex attack on three teenage girls are appealing for a Good Samaritan who helped them after the incident to contact them.
A garda investigation is continuing into the alleged rape of one teenager and sexual assault of two others in Wexford last month.
A number of males are all-eged to have been involved in the attacks shortly after midnight in Courtown Harbour, Gorey, on July 28.
Gardai are now asking for the man who came to the aid of the three alleged victims on the night of the incidents to contact them.
Officers have also thanked the public for their help with the investigation.
"Gardai investigating an incident of a serious assault that occurred on July 28, 2019, at approximately 12.15am in the Burrow area of Courtown Harbour, Gorey, Co Wexford, are looking to speak to a male who is understood to have come to the assistance of three females on the night of the incident," a garda spokesman said.
"An Garda Siochana would like to thank all the members of the public who have come forward to date, and continue to appeal to anyone with information who has not yet come forward to contact Gorey Garda Station on 053 943 0690 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111."
Up to five teenage boys are suspected of being involved in the alleged sex attacks.
Gardai have visited locations in Kilkenny and Waterford as part of their investigation. No arrests have yet been made.
In relation to the rape allegation, it is claimed the girl was "held down" by a male teenager while his friend raped her.
Sources said gardai were also investigating whether more than one attacker was responsible for the sexual assaults on the other two young.
Officers believe around 15 people were present when the alleged attacks happened close to a beach.
However, there are concerns that the individuals allegedly involved are being shielded by older adults or that they may have already left the country.
