Fraudster women out for holidays
FOUR fraudsters will be enjoying Christmas at home with their families after being granted temporary release from the Dochas Centre women's prison.
The women have been given between three and seven days way from jail so they can be with family and friends.
And while the women are out having festive feasts with family, the remaining prisoners in the Dochas centre, including Black Widow Catherine Nevin, will be treated to the only fried breakfast they get all year.
Sonia Delaney (47), from Drumcairn Avenue in Tallaght, has been given a week out from the Dochas Centre
She stole over €100,000 from her employers at Fettercairn Community and Youth Centre in a six-month period to fund her massive gambling addiction, and was jailed in July for two years.
The other inmates are Sorcha Halpin (27), mum-of-three Alix Long and mother-of-six Mary Connors.
