FlyBe's Irish routes

TOURISM chiefs have welcomed the announcement by UK airline Flybe to introduce three new services from Britain.

Daily flights will start from Birmingham to Waterford and flights from Leeds Bradford to Knock and Newquay to Belfast City Airport will be in place three times a week.

Niall Gibbons, chief executive of Tourism Ireland, said that the introduction of these Flybe flights would expand travel options for British holidaymakers who wish to visit the island of Ireland.
