Fashionistas hand over sizzling party frocks for giant charity sale

Our best-dressed stars are giving Irish style worshippers the chance to follow in their fashion footsteps.

Jackie Lavin is often praised for her classic dress sense, but The Apprentice star shows a daring side in this party dress.

The 64-year old is donating her fun frock to raise funds for Norma Smurfit's charity as part of her 'Spring Clean Your Wardrobe' event in the RDS on Sunday, March 13.

Stylist Lisa Fitzpatrick has kindly given two of her favourite dresses -- a silk, purple and black number as well as a low-cut navy blue velvet cocktail dress.

And Lorraine Keane is showing why she was once crowned Ireland's Most Stylish Woman, giving away a pearl necklace, skyscraper black heels and a short pink dress.

Ireland's biggest spring clean charity sale will take place in the Serpentine Hall of the RDS.

With fabulous fashions, accessories, toys, trinkets, gadgets and games, designer bags, toys, tea-sets and much more, the event is certain to be a treasure trove for all bargain hunters.

Stalls

A number of well-known faces are also taking part, including RTE star Mary Kennedy, Celia Holman Lee and businessman Bill Cullen.

More than 100 stalls containing goods donated by supporters around the country will be available, with all proceeds from the day going towards the Society for the St Vincent De Paul and Norma Smurfit's charity, the Irish Famine Commemoration Fund.
