Extra cash for Greece

GREECE will receive an extra €45bn from EU governments and the IMF in an attempt to avoid a default, sources said.

Estimates have listed Greece's 2012-14 financing gap at €170bn.

The shortfall would be filled by the loans, plus around €57bn in unspent aid from last year's bailout, roughly €30bn in asset sales and about €30bn in rollovers by creditors.
