At the moment I've also been very busy working on a new sports clothing range.
Fitness is a big passion of mine so this is a project that means a lot to me.
I had a meeting with designers a few days ago to pick out fabrics for the range and I'm very particular about what I want my range to be like.
I knew exactly what I was looking for when we were flicking through the fabric samples.
The guys I was working with couldn't believe how exact I was being with them.
They even told me they never worked with someone who has such a strong idea of what she wants - which I was very happy to hear because I'm really putting my all into this.
It's still very much early days, but at the moment the plan is to have it in the shops around Christmas time.
I think it's a good time of the year to launch because come January, everyone is back working out, so hopefully my careful consideration will work out and it will really take off.
Siam Thai's 21st birthday
It's one of the hottest places to eat and now Thai restaurant chain Siam Thai is celebrating 21 years of business this year.
With celebrity regulars such as Leinster stars Ian Madigan and Luke Fitzgerald and TV hosts Jennifer Maguire, Karen Koster and Lisa Cannon, the restaurant chain is set to celebrate it's birthday in style.
Siam Thai's Malahide branch also recently underwent a facelift, opening it's exclusive Candlelight Bar.
The stylish haunt has fast proved to be a hit with the celebs, with Nicky Byrne, Vogue Williams and Brian McFadden all having recently dropped in for a tipple.
Fancy an ice-cream?
Let's all scream for ice cream- especially when it's for a good cause.
HB Hazelbrook Farm are bringing their boutique ice cream van to Bushy Park in Terenure on Saturday and Malahide Castle on Sunday to feed hungry souls in aid of Down Syndrome Ireland.
The ice cream is free, with people asked to give a donation to the worthy cause instead. The van will be in each location 10am to 4pm, with everyone welcome.
