Couple's €191m talks
AN IRISH husband and wife team are on the verge of selling the Sanctuary Buildings near London's Houses of Parliament for £170m (€191m).
It comes as Irish investors cash in on demand for trophy addresses in the English capital.
Brian and Mary Patricia O'Donnell -- both lawyers who founded the investment firm Vico Capital -- are in exclusive negotiations to sell the buildings at 14 to 26 Great Smith Street to the US property group Tishman Speyer. The site is let to the British government's Department for Education until 2017.
