Avoca's fashion forward and cosy for winter chill

THE last signs of summer are fading and with it comes blustery, cooler temperatures.

And in order to keep Ireland's stylish women one step ahead of the fashion game when it comes to casual, comfortable dressing, Avoca has unveiled a bright yet fun Anthology collection for Autumn/Winter.

The store has opted for equestrian prints, knitwear cover ups in Italian yarn, and youthful striped socks as part of its new clothing range for the cold season.

Now in its 11th year, Avoca Anthology is all about elegant fabrics in beautiful colours and patterns in distinctive styles.

"This season's collection came together beautifully. When it happens, you feel very lucky," said Amanda Pratt, Creative Director at the brand.

"It is not about following specific trends but is created with the Avoca customer in mind who likes to find pieces that are a little bit different.

Modelling some of the spoils yesterday at the award-winning Fern House Cafe at Avoca in Kilmacanogue were catwalk queens Sarah Morrissey and Teodora Sutra.
