Arnotts sales up 3pc
Dublin department store Arnotts recorded a 3pc boost in sales in the year to the end of January 2011.
Turnover from continuing operations rose by 3pc to €124.2m during that year, according to accounts for Arnotts Holding Ltd.
Operating losses from continuing operations was €6.6m in the period, compared with €9.2m in the previous year. In 2011, the group received an injection of €10.2m from its lenders -- Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (formerly Anglo Irish) and Ulster Bank.
