These roles are open to graduates of any discipline and the company said it plans to invest heavily in staff development.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Ireland employs 120 full-time staff and over 50 part-time workers in 22 branches across Ireland.
The company has expanded from a fleet of about 10 cars and two employees 16 years ago and now has over 3,000 cars and vans.
Managing director George O'Connor said: "Enterprise has listened to its customers and continued to be flexible and in doing so has survived and grown through the recession."
