New iPhones on way
APPLE is said to be developing new iPhone designs that include bigger screens with curved glass and enhanced sensors that can detect different levels of pressure, according to informed sources.
Two models planned for release in the second half of next year would feature larger displays with glass that curves downward at the edges. With screens of 4.7in and 5.5in, the two new models would be Apple's largest iPhones, the person said, and would be close in size to the 5.7-inch Galaxy Note 3 that Samsung debuted in September.
The new Apple handsets are still in development and plans haven't been completed, the sources said, adding that the company probably would release them in the third quarter of next year.
