BIG-HEARTED model and panto star Nadia Forde will spend her one day off this Christmas helping the homeless.

Nadia who has sung twice at the Aviva for the boys in green, takes up a starring role in the Tivoli panto, Jack and the Beanstalk. But it's not all showbiz for this Dublin model.

SHELTER

"Rob, who plays Buffy in the pantomime, and myself are planning to go to a homeless shelter on Christmas Day," Nadia said.

"There's one in the RDS we were looking at visiting."

Nadia who was raised by her grandmother also plans to see her friends over Christmas and go to a bingo night with the panto cast and crew.

It will be a tiring schedule for the 24-year-old as Jack and the Beanstalk will run twice a day from December 11 until January 12 and Nadia admitted "it's going to be really tough going but I love performing."
