Ingredients:
> 115g (4oz) smoked mackerel or trout
> 20g (0.7oz) Flora pro.activ spread
> 2 tbsps natural yoghurt
> 1 tsp horseradish sauce
> Squeeze of lemon juice
> Few drops of Tabasco sauce
> 2 tbsps chopped parsley
> Salad to garnish
> 2-3 slices granary bread, toasted
Method:
> 1. Place all ingredients apart from the salad and bread in a liquidiser or food processor and blend together to reach the texture you prefer.
> 2. Serve with the salad garnish and granary toast.
