Pear and Orange Fool

p Servings: 4

p Preparation time: 20 minutes

p Cooking time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

p 450g (1 lb) pears, peeled and cored

p 1 tablespoon clear honey

p Zest and juice of 1 orange

p 250g tub virtually fat free Quark

p Almond tuiles, to serve

METHOD

p 1 Cut pears into 2.5cm (1 inch) chunks and place in saucepan with honey and orange zest and juice. Simmer until soft and cool.

p 2 Place fruit in food processor with the quark and pulse gently to mix. Spoon into serving dishes and serve with almond tuiles.
