I'm a Bikram-yoga girl and I'm starting running tomorrow morning!
DO YOU TAKE VITAMINS OR SUPPLEMENTS?
Occasional vitamin boosts and Omega-3.
HAVE YOU EVER BEEN IN HOSPITAL? When I was seven to get my appendix removed.
WHAT WAS YOUR WORST ILLNESS?
Not many to recall, but I had a flight- and air conditioning-induced chest infection in NYC over the summer. I was not happy about it!
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE CURE?
Spinach, wasabi and a hot whiskey or two.
DO YOU GET YOUR FIVE-A-DAY?
Most days. I tend to gravitate towards fruit and vegetables anyway. We don't eat a lot of meat at home.
Yes, indeed . . . Diet Coke, wine, Chipsticks, and tequila.
DO YOU DIET?
No, although I did recently do a three-day detox, which was great for skin and vitality.
WHAT'S YOUR DIET LIKE?
Pretty good, I have a weakness for cheese. I'm a real three-meals-a-day girl and I don't tend to snack or graze.
HOW MANY HOURS SLEEP DO YOU NEED?
Eight, but I'll take whatever you're giving, thanks.
HOW MANY DO YOU ACTUALLY GET?
Eight. I use sleep cycle as my alarm clock.
DO YOU HAVE ANY HEALTH GOALS?
To use fitness to unwind and protect my mental health in this hectic world we live in.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE LEISURE ACTIVITY?
I find a brisk walk down the south wall is a great quick fix for stress management.
