No, waste of time and money.
I believe in CrossFit, which is a combination of sprinting, weightlifting and gymnastics.
Crossfit North Dublin and the newly established CrossFit 15 are excellent.
The coaches are brilliant, which is important as it's the coaches that make CrossFit work and not just the brand.
Do you take vitamins or supplements?
Mutli-vitamins and fish oils. I try to get the rest of my nutrients from food.
What foods always go in your
Chicken, oatcakes, eggs, broccoli, steak, hummus, the list is endless in fact. There'll be every type of meat, good fats and green vegetables.

Of course. Nothing too serious, the usual kiddie stuff.

Yes. Who hasn't? But now I control my carbohydrates by sticking to Paleo nutrition theory.

Not that I'm aware of, but both my parents wear glasses.
How many hours sleep do you get a night?
At least eight hours every night. Is that boring? Sleep is so so important for my mind and body to function properly.

To reduce body fat and put on lean muscle, but it's hard work.

No, it must be awful. But hey, some people enjoy it.
