DO you have any ailments/health concerns? Between 2011 and 2012 I had two knee surgeries and an ovary and cyst removed so hopefully no operations for 2013! I'm feeling healthy so no complaints, thank God.
How would you rate your energy levels?
I am always full of energy and I like to keep busy. It really is when I am at my happiest. I wake up fast, I don't lie in bed -- alarm goes, I go.
Do you get your five a day?
I love fruit and vegetables, I eat a lot of stir-frys and I use fruit as a snack.
How would you rate your stress levels?
I like sorting issues out as they happen. If I have a problem with my husband, kids, friends or family, I will always meet with them to discuss it or I will write them a note. I really don't like arguing or having enemies. Business and life is much harder nowadays so we all need to support each other.
How's your sleep?
I love my sleep! I go to bed most nights at 9-9.30pm. I wake up most days between 6 and 7.30am.
Do you take vitamins/supplements?
I put omega oil in juices and on porridge. I also put flaxseed and mixed seeds in my porridge and Special K. I use L'Oreal Elixir Oil for my hair three times a week, it's amazing.
Do you exercise?
I walk/cycle and in general I use the stairs rather than lifts -- simple things to keep me going. I plan to start yoga this year, which I am looking forward to trying.
Do you cook from scratch?
Always, I love cooking, especially on a Friday when I have a glass of wine in my hand! I also love cooking a Sunday roast or Sunday breakfast.
How many alcoholic beverages would you consume in a week?
I drink a couple of glasses of wine on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday. However, If I'm working on a Saturday, I never drink the night before, otherwise by 3pm I get tired -- must be something to do with turning 40 last year, I just can't do it any more!
What would you find hard to give up?
Coffee -- I love the smell of espresso coffee in the morning, delicious! However, I don't have caffeine after 3pm or else it will effect my sleep.
Do you have any health goals?
In general, I'm pretty happy. I gain 5lbs every weekend but lose it by Wednesday as I allow myself to be bold and have what I like at weekends. Midweek I have great willpower, though.

Breakfast: Two poached eggs with relish and one slice of McCambridge's brown bread
Lunch: Homemade clear vegetable soup
Dinner: Chicken stir-fry
Snacks: Nuts, seeds, apple, grapes and green beans (I always have a packet with me for a healthy crunchy snack)
Drinks: Water, coffee
Lisa, you appear to have a healthy attitude to life in general and it shows.
In terms of your diet, I'd recommend that you add some quality protein and carbohydrate to your lunch to make it a more balanced meal. Quinoa would be the perfect addition to your vegetable soup. It is extremely filling as well as being a nutritious source of protein and slow-release carbohydrate.
Quinoa can also be used as an alternative to rice in stir-frys.
