Four-week plan to bust the hated bingo wings

I'VE just released my second book Bums, Tums And Bingo Wings and it's geared specifically towards women who want to target those areas.

I found there was nothing out there on the market that was real and workable and I could offer a better alternative.

It's a four-step plan to toning those areas, concentrating on helping people lose a small amount of weight every week, as opposed to a massive amount in a short time.

As well as exercising more, it's all about eating better and reducing the sugar content of your diet. Everyone wants to buy some magic product, but in reality that don't exist. You have to put in the hard work.
