What is your guilty pleasure? Wine, in either colour.
When were you happiest? On my wedding day last year. I married Ivan on Gozo, and had a week-long party.
How often do you exercise? I try to exercise two to three times a week. I like to go to Sandymount beach for a jog.
What is your earliest memory? Dancing in my red Irish-dance costume when I was about five. Red is still my favourite colour.
What is your biggest regret? I have no regrets, it's one of my mottos in life.
Which living person do you most admire and why? My mum, for her energy. She has raised nine kids and is still working at the age of 75. She doesn't sit still.
What would your super power be? I would have an invisibility cloak, like Harry Potter had. It would be cool to be able to listen to what people are saying without them knowing.
What is the part of your body you least like? My nails, I used to be a terrible nail biter, and people always notice your hands.
If you could bring anyone back from the dead who would it be? My dad, he's dead quite a while now. He died when I was only 11 or 12 years old.
What is your favourite smell? I love the smell of Jo Malone's Pomegranate Noir, I wear it all the time, the body lotion and the perfume.
What is the greatest insult you've ever had directed at you? Probably when I first met my husband. We were in a pub watching a rugby match and I called him an 'obnoxious Australian', but he's a Kiwi, so he directed an insult right back at me.
What living person do you most dislike?
If there was a film made of your life, who would play you? Audrey Hepburn, I know she's dead but I'd love her to play me.
What characteristics have you inherited from your parents? A good memory from my mum and my dad, I've also inherited an aptitude for languages from my mum.
Three people who you would invite to your dream dinner party? I'd invite some really good chefs so that they could cook. I'd invite Rachel Allen, Jamie Oliver and Ferran Adria, the Spanish chef, he is amazing. I'm a real foodie and I lived in Spain.
When did you last cry? At my friends' wedding in Spain last week.
What keeps you awake at night? Caffeine. If I have it after 6pm I'm doomed.
What is the worst job you've done? When I was 19 and in college, I got a summer job in Valencia in Spain. I thought I was great for getting a job in a beach bar, but I ended up spending most of the summer peeling potatoes for Spanish omelettes!
