Crunches on Swiss ball

Crunches on Swiss Ball

a) Lie on your back with hands behind your head, looking up towards the ceiling.

b) Pull yourself up off the ground with your abdominal muscles, pause for a second at the top of the movement, then slowly lower yourself back down to the ground, shoulder blades touching the ground at the bottom.

Always be careful of your lower back when doing abdominal exercises.
