She's a high-profile model, DJ and presenter but being in the public eye doesn't stop Vogue Williams (left) from chowing down on some tasty grub.

The Howth native revealed that she works out a lot so that she can eat what she likes.

The blonde beauty (29) is known for her toned physique and puts it down to her tough gym sessions.

"I try to go to the gym five times a week to keep fit and stay in shape because I really enjoy food - I would rather eat more of what I love and just train a little harder," she said.

"I think people spend too much time in the gym doing cardio and it's not the best way to tone up.

"The only cardio I do is walking my dog, and in the gym I do burpees or mountain climbers - the rest is all weights," she added.

The Reality Bites presenter says it's all about a balance as she enjoyed drinks and pizza over the weekend ... but was back in the gym on Monday.

Foodies to toast times with Paolo

A TRAVEL agency company's Summer Soiree tonight will be tinged with a little sadness as they remember food writer and travel lover Paolo Tullio.

Paolo led a number of Tapas Tours to Barcelona and foodie holidays to the South of France with the firm Travel Department in the past few years.

Lyric FM's Marty Whelan who is the face of their Opera Holidays to Verona and Berlin will be there, as will RTE weather presenter Nuala Carey, who has been on many of their holidays in the past.

The invite-only event at House will see them raise a toast to Paolo (below).

It all kicks off at the Trinity Bar

It's a top Dublin spot favoured by football stars, so the Trinity Bar on Dame Street are hosting quite the party for the Euro 2016 qualifiers.

This coming weekend they'll be showing Belgium v Wales, Ireland v Scotland, and Northern Ireland v Romania live and there'll be music and food 'til late.
