The Constant President

RTE1, 9.35pm This documentary follows Mary McAleese (below) in the final year of her 14-year presidency. Born in Northern Ireland, we get to see how the former president reached out to the loyalist community and relied on the support of her husband during her time in office.



BBC1, 9pm At the Supreme Court, Martha's client Jackson Henderson is on death row in Jamaica. As Billy worries about the stress on Martha, Clive convinces her to take on Fatima Ali's trial. This means Clive is now free to prosecute Jody Farr.


LIVE Euro 2012

UTV, 7.20pm The second round of fixtures in Group A continues at the National Stadium, Warsaw. Poland take on Russia as both teams compete to get out of their group, also containing Greece and the Czech Republic. This is only the second European Championship for Poland, while Russia has a tradition within the competition.


Ray D'Arcy: Ireland's Depression Epidemic

TV3, 10pm In the first of a three-part series, Ray D'Arcy explores mental health issues in Ireland. D'Arcy investigates the taboo surrounding depression, despite one in four people experiencing it during their lifetime. He also meets men and women who have lived with depression for most of their lives.
