MIX 'N' MATCH

The X Factor

UTV, TV3, 8.15pm There's a double helping of good and bad auditions this weekend with an extra show tomorrow evening.

Gary Barlow, Kelly Rowland, Tulisa Contostavlos and Louis Walsh are in need of earplugs as some of tonight's wannabes really hit the bum notes.

All Star Family Fortunes

UTV, 6.05pm He failed to hit the big time after winning The X Factor but perhaps Joe McElderry will have better luck tonight and land some cash for charity.

Will he be in tune with those all-important surveys? He's up against some stellar competition; EastEnders star Jo Joyner, aka Tanya Jessop, also has eyes on that £30,000 windfall.

WHAT TO SAY

The Jonathan Ross Show

UTV, 9.45pm For once, Wossy struggles to get a word in edgeways as fellow funnyman Alan Carr lets loose with his trademark putdowns. Jonathan also shares a cheeky chinwag with Sherlock actor Benedict Cumberbatch who also talks about his next big project Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy. The Red Hot Chili Peppers perform from their new album.
