TG4, 10.30pm A new series which looks at murders committed by Irish women begins with the tragic tale of Anne Burke. In 2007 she was charged with beating her husband Pat to death while he lay sleeping. However, it emerged she suffered from chronic depression and although convicted of manslaughter, she was not given a prison sentence.

TV3, UTV, 8.30pm Peter is arrested after getting into a fight with Frank as the police step up their inquiries. Meanwhile, Leanne quizzes Carla about her husband's involvement in the break-up.
