They're the stars of The Republic of Telly, and now '80s couple Bridget and Eamon are getting their own sitcom.
Jennifer Maguire and Bernard O'Shea play the pair who have been described as "the most dysfunctional couple since John and Mary from Father Ted".
They normally appear in sketches on the comedy show, but now they're going it alone.
"A few of us are writing the sitcom," Jennifer told the Herald.
"It's had more than a million hits on YouTube. We have that in development at the moment but we can't really say too much about it, though there might be some exciting news by the end of the year.
"We're excited about that because they are characters we've done for a couple of years and people love them.
"Bernard and I are writing it with some other people - we can't get away from each other.
"We love working together, even if we kill each other sometimes."
Jennifer (31) is working on a number of TV projects, including a second season of The Unemployables which she presents with Darren Kennedy.
She's also back on 2fm's Breakfast Republic this morning for the first time since baby Florence was born in March.
"I'm delighted to be back - the place has descended into chaos since I've been gone," said Jennifer.
"It just seems to have gone by so quickly. I feel like I have to raise my child in 10 weeks, but I'm lucky in that I'll be racing home after the show."
