BBC2, 10pm The much-loved music show presented by Jools Holland (below) returns. Tonight, Snow Patrol showcase songs from their sixth album Fallen Empires, including current single Called Out in the Dark. Also appearing are Scottish singer-songwriter Emeli Sande, alternative rock band The Duke Spirit and New Orleans' Troy Andrews -- better known as Trombone Shorty.
