X Factor producers have confirmed that Nick Grimshaw has joined the judging line-up on The X Factor.
Rita Ora has also reportedly accepted Simon Cowell's offer to move from The Voice on BBC to The X Factor on ITV.
The 24-year-old singer has chosen to leave The Voice after just one series and take up a position on the X Factor judging panel and it has been confirmed she will join Cheryl Fernandez Versini, Simon Cowell, and Nick Grimshaw.
On Friday Rita was spotted having a drink with Nick at a Camden pub prompting speculation they had both been signed up.
Her move from The Voice is likely to have upset bigwigs at the BBC, who could not compete with the cash incentive laid down for her by Cowell.
Rita had appeared as a guest judge on The X Factor prior to joining The Voice with Ricky Wilson, Tom Jones, and Will.i.am where she was a very popular coach with viewers.
Cowell has been shaking up The X Factor by sensationally axing Dermot O'Leary and Louis Walsh, who had both been with the show since the beginning 11 years ago.
Cheryl is the only survivor from the last series with Mel B departing and Dermot being replaced by Olly Murs and Caroline Flack, who previously presented spin off show The Xtra Factor.
The Xtra Factor's presenter Sarah Jane Crawford will also not return and Brian Dowling and Rochelle Humes of The Saturdays are both rumoured to be in the running to nab the gig.
