She works in an industry obsessed with beauty, but Laura Whitmore isn't worried about getting wrinkles as she grows older.
The presenter and model (30) is hoping to age gracefully and doesn't plan on going under the knife to maintain her youthful looks.
"Personally, I don't think [plastic surgery] is for me, but each to their own," she said.
Since leaving her MTV News post after seven years, Laura was snapped up by make-up giant Estee Lauder to be the face of their Double confidence campaign and also strutted down the catwalk for designer Bora Asku for this year's London Fashion Week.
The Bray native admitted she also keeps an eye on her weight, but stays away from the scales and fad diets by opting for a packed exercise regime.
"I gauge my weight more by how tight my skinny jeans are," she revealed. "If I want to lose weight, I reduce portion sizes but I really just love food too much.
"I've started running a lot. I try to do Bikram yoga at least four times a week too, first thing in the morning. It really is great, both physically and mentally."
Despite always looking red-carpet-ready, the blonde beauty insists that getting ready takes no time for her, even when she has a special event to attend.
"I never have time to get ready and can do it in 20 minutes or less if I have to. For red carpet, there's usually a hair and make-up artist and it takes an hour," the presenter told Express.co.uk.
She's known for her party lifestyle, but last month Laura took some time out from the London social circuit as she jetted to Ibiza to a luxury fitness bootcamp.
The I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here aftershow host joined reality TV star Millie Mackintosh for a week-long detox holiday.
The celebrity pals swapped late nights out for intensive workout sessions on the beach and 12-mile hikes across the sweltering landscape.
However, Laura took a break from the gruelling exercise regime to celebrate her 30th birthday with a champagne brunch and a super-healthy gluten-free birthday cake.
Laura will return to the party island this summer as she has been lined up to present MTV's Ibiza Rocks coverage. Although the broadcaster left her job with the music channel earlier this year, she will present the six-episode special.
