Ice dance judges put skids under Mikey

Mikey Graham became the latest celebrity to be voted off ITV1 reality show Dancing On Ice.

The Boyzone singer got the chop last night despite skating to his bandmate Ronan Keating's hit from the film Notting Hill, When You Say Nothing At All.

Graham said the song made him feel at home, but it couldn't stop him from being the ninth celebrity to leave.

The star said: "There comes a time when it's time to leave. It's been the most amazing journey, such an adventure."

He was in the bottom two with former EastEnder Danniella Westbrook after the votes of the judges and the public were combined.

The final decision was with the judges and two voted to save him, but Karen Barber, Emma Bunton and Robin Cousins all voted for his rival.

The theme of the show was Movie Night and actor Danny Young took the opportunity to become the first contestant to perform topless when he skated to the song Gonna Fly Now from Rocky.

Young and his skating partner Frankie Poultney scored 22.5 out of 30.

He said: "That felt amazing, it was great. They came into wardrobe and said 'here's your costume' I went 'Can I have a top?' and they said 'No'. As an actor, you research your role, get into character. This show's about entertaining so I got into character the best I could."

Actress Hayley Tamaddon and partner Daniel Whiston skated to Jai Ho from the Slumdog Millionaire and scored a perfect 30 out of 30 and got a standing ovation from the judges.
