BBC1, 8.30pm Poor Pat Butcher. The popular soap character made her final exit over the weekend, so it's hardly surprising that the Beeb have decided to produce this one-off special in which cast members -- both past and present -- remember the fights, the husbands, and, of course, the earrings.

It's just a pity that the band he helped form have become something of a throwaway tribute act in recent years.
