A quick look at TV

The Body Farm

BBC1, 9PM Not to be confused with an agricultural show . . . there's more aggro than agri business going on here. The team are called in to investigate a death at a classic car garage. The owners are keen to clear the scene and open for business again, but Eve (Tara Fitzgerald, left) is convinced that there is more to the case than a robbery gone wrong -- especially when a young girl goes missing.

RECESSION CHIC

GOK'S CLOTHES ROADSHOW: GET THE LOOK FOR LESS

Channel 4, 8pm Gok Wan takes the roadshow to Southampton, where he shows three local nurses how to get amazing looks for less. Gok creates two collections, one for £250, and another for £50. The collections then go head to head in his Catwalk Showdown, where the crowds decide which they like best. Must-see recession TV. Go girl!

SQUARE DRAMA

EastEnders

BBC1, 7.30pm After hatching a plan to wind up Ian, Mandy takes great delight in punishing him for his paranoid accusations.

Meanwhile, Tyler and Whitney plan a special night in together, but both are beside themselves with nerves.

ALL AT SEA

MAYDAY MAYDAY

UTV, 7.30pm Documentary series following the work of RNLI volunteers. The programme uses footage filmed by the lifeboats and helmet cameras to illustrate the courageous work that the crews perform 24/7.

In this episode they deal with a man who has been shot in the stomach by his friend while spear fishing. Ouch!
