Dublin singer-songwriter Gavin James has landed a brilliant gig in the US.
The Say Hello singer will try to break the States over the summer months as he performs at multi-Grammy winning singer Sam Smith's US concerts in July and August.
"Massive news! I'm absolutely delighted to announce I'll be supporting Sam Smith on his American tour," he wrote online.
Gavin (right) will be on stage everywhere from Miami to Texas.
It's been quite the year for him as he signed with Capitol Records and he has sold out three Christmas gigs at Whelan's.
He celebrated his record deal by performing The Book of Love on the rooftop of the Capitol Building just off Hollywood Boulevard.
His stint supporting Smith follows Gavin's appearances on top US shows, Dancing with the Stars and The Late Late Show with James Corden.
Gavin is the first act to ever sell out the Olympia Theatre without releasing a studio album.
