Girls stand in for Bono at anti-poverty festival
Her dad is Bono and her sister Eve is a successful actress, but Jordan Hewson usually stays out of the limelight.
That changed at the weekend when she joined Eve out and about on the New York social scene.
The 25-year-old daughter of the U2 frontman and Ali Hewson values her privacy so much that she hasn't even revealed which American university she attended.
However, she didn't seem to mind being in the spotlight on Saturday when she stepped out with Eve (23) at the 2014 Global Citizen Festival, which took place on the Green Lawn of Central Park in New York.
Jordan accompanied actresses Jessica Alba and Olivia Wilde on stage at the event, which aims to end world poverty by 2030. They spoke about global poverty, problems such as dirty water and the Ebola and HIV epidemics.
Musical acts who performed at the festival included Beyonce and Jay-Z, Carrie Underwood, No Doubt, Alicia Keys and Tiesto.
Actor Hugh Jackman hosted the festival, which was also attended by dignitaries from around the world including Indian prime minister Narendra Modi and Sweden's Queen Silvia.
Jordan and Eve were representing their parents, who were in Venice attending the wedding of George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin.
Eve's star has been on the rise with her debut TV show, The Knick, which attracted 1.7m viewers for its first episode.
