Kim Cattrall in the city for this year's film festival
It'll be cosmos and Manolo Blahniks at the ready as Sex and the City star Kim Cattrall will be in town for the 2015 Jameson Dublin International Film Festival.
Cattrall will attend an exclusive screening of her upcoming Sky Arts TV series Sensitive Skin.
The actress, who played the part of man-eating PR executive Samantha Jones in HBO's hit series, will also participate in an Inside the Actors Studio style master class at The Lir National Academy of Dramatic Art.
The Emmy-winning actress said she is looking forward to her visit as she has "always felt at home" on Irish shores.
Her new series is a black comedy based on the critically acclaimed 2005 British series of the same name. It follows the life of Davina (Cattrall), a former model and actress in the midst of a mid-life crisis.
Grainne Humphries, festival director, said it was an honour to have Cattrall on board. "An accomplished performer on both stage and screen, Kim moves effortlessly between drama and comedy," she said.
"A fascinating speaker about her love of acting and her approach to her craft, it is a honour to welcome Kim."
Stanley Tucci, Richard Dreyfuss, Danny DeVito and Al Pacino (pictured) have all attended the festival in the past.
