a Fry-up in Bewley's, a shopping spree on Grafton Street and a trip to the Book of Kells - Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria made the most of her first day in Dublin.
The 39-year-old took the capital by storm by visiting the city's favourite haunts.
First she went to Bewley's on Grafton Street in an attempt to get over her jet-lag, opting for a full-Irish breakfast at the famous cafe.
Next, she visited River Island purchasing pencil skirts, a black jumper and a sparkly string top. It isn't the first time the retailer has attracted A-List celebrities with singer Beyonce Knowles dropping in on her last visit to the capital.
Hollywood A-lister Eva also had time to visit one our cultural icons with a trip to the Book of Kells in Trinity College.
The actress, best known for playing Gabi Solis in the TV series Desperate Housewives, took suggestions from her Twitter followers on what to do once she landed in the capital early this morning.
And she kept her more than seven million followers up to date throughout her travels around the city with regular tweets and photographs.
She even squeezed in a visit to St Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin Castle and Temple Bar.
Throughout the day the star kept a low profile, donning shades and an overcoat to keep her warm. But for most of the day she looked unaffected from her transatlantic flight which only arrived at Dublin airport at 4am yesterday.
Finally, she visited Costa Coffee on Dawson Street where she tweeted 'Jet lag kicking in! Must get caffinated! #Dublin'.
The beauty is in Dublin to attend Web Summit 2014 where she will give a speech this afternoon on her entrepreneurial experiences, which include setting up the Eva Longoria Foundation which works to improve the lives of Latina girls around the world.
Also speaking on the main stage at the RDS this afternoon will be Dropbox founder Drew Houston and former Apple chief executive John Sculley.
Throughout the week several sporting icons will also speak at the event including home grown MMA fighters Conor McGregor and Cathal Pendred, skate-boarding legend Tony Hawk and winning Ryder Cup captain Paul McGinley.
