Calling all brides to be

Here's your chance to win a luxury honeymoon in Dubai. The only catch is you have to hand over the reins of your wedding to your respective mums for RTE's new show, called The Mother of All Weddings.

Produced by Animo TV, the show is also offering a cushy trip to stay in the Irish-owned luxury Bonnington Towers hotel for successful participants. Anyone interested should contact weddings@animo.ie.

wwwfunky rap star Nicki Minaj will be in action in Dublin in a few months' time. The award-winning Trinidadian star is bringing her Pink Friday: Reloaded tour to the O2 Dublin on November 5 as she struts her stuff for Irish fans.

And given that her Olympia Theatre show this August sold out within a minute of going on sale, this will doubtless by one of the hottest gigs this winter.

wwwThe Live at Leopardstown events continue apace next month with legendary festival band Kila next to take to the stage at the southside race-course on Thursday, July 5 alongside support act Raglans. There will be some super racing action at the track alongside some live entertainment from local artists.

The events will continue running throughout the summer, with different acts announced each week and entry costing €15.

wwwSeminal punk outfit The Fall are set to visit Dublin next month, when they'll bring their inimitable style to Temple Bar venue The Button Factory.

They'll be taking to the stage on Thursday, July 19 as they tour their 29th studio album Ersatz GB.

Tickets costing €24.50 are available from the usual outlets.
