Babies put on hold as Vogue and Brian line up a string of TV projects in the UK

SHE started out on an RTE reality show and now Vogue Williams has three projects lined up with British broadcaster ITV.

The 28-year-old told the Herald that she's hoping to carve out a full-time career on television - and is holding off on starting a family.

Fitness fanatic Vogue, who wed former Westlife member Brian McFadden in Italy in 2012, lives with her hubby in London.

"I'm just about to start shooting a pilot and then there's another series starting as well," she said.

"Brian and I have done our Seven Days too, that's due out in October. It was seven days with cameras around and it wasn't easy.

"There'll be no kids yet. I always said I would when I hit 30, but now I'm 28 I'm thinking maybe more like 33.

CAREER

"I've just started making TV shows over in the UK and I want to do that full time.

"I want to focus on my career, so once I get all that started then I can think about the next phase," she said.

Vogue is back in her hometown of Dublin for two weeks to finish shooting Vogue Does the Afterlife for RTE, which will air in October.

It will see the cameras follow her as she meets with a medium to talk about the death of her dad Freddie.

He passed away in 2010, on the operating table while undergoing surgery to remove an aneurysm from his stomach.

"It doesn't even feel like work to be honest," she said.

"It's an amazing experience and so interesting, as it's all stuff that I'd never get a chance to do if I wasn't doing the show, so I'm glad I took it on.

"I've been into haunted houses, met witches and so many other things I never thought I'd do.

"We've just got one left to do now - although it's something I'm not looking forward to but know I have to for the programme.

"I feel it's too much into the spirit world and I don't want to have spirits following me home," she added.

The Howth native turned out yesterday to help JUSTEAT.ie launch The Eaties, an online takeaway awards.

Vogue insisted she'd like to spend more time in Ireland and has put an offer in on a house to have a base here.
