Nadia Forde arrives in Australia for I'm A Celebrity ...

It's welcome to the jungle for Nadia Forde as she prepares to take part in the new series of I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.

The Irish model (25) landed in Brisbane, Australia yesterday where she will enjoy her last few days of home comforts before she parachutes into the jungle with a host of other celebrities on the ITV reality show.

The brunette bombshell, who's moving away from modelling to pursue a singing career, is said to have caught ITV bosses' attention when she was first linked with world number one golfer Rory McIlroy early this summer, after his split from Caroline Wozniacki.

She has previously appeared on TV3's Celebrity Salon and also allowed cameras to trail her in her pursuit of Hollywood success in Nadia Goes to Hollywood.

The single model has never publicly divulged any details about her McIlroy romance and reportedly told show bosses she won't be breaking her silence.

Sources have revealed that she even had her silence on the world's top golfer written into her contract.

Nadia will be the first Irish woman to appear on the show and no doubt she will have her own Myleene Klass moment by showering in her bikini.

However, she won't be completely without any Irish connection Down Under as Bray native Laura Whitmore is hosting the ITV2 spinoff show, I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of here Now!

It won't be an easy road for the model to be crowned Queen of the Jungle as she is known to be squeamish when it comes to creepy-crawlies.

Nadia, who is signed to the Andrea Roche agency, is also working on a second series of her TV3 reality show Nadia Goes and will be expecting to massively increase her earnings in the year after leaving the show.

She is expected to take a similar career path to Georgia Salpa, who saw her UK profile shoot up overnight from Celebrity Big Brother.

Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher and Roy Keane have been linked to the show but while Roy distanced himself from the show from the beginning, it is understood that Teri Hatcher has pulled out of the programme over the weekend.

British TV presenter Melanie Sykes and The Only Way is Essex's Gemma Collins have been confirmed as contestants. Vicky Pattison from MTV's Geordie Shore is also thought to be heading into the depths of the jungle.

The full line-up will be announced ahead of the first show next Sunday.
