Twink, Mary and Wagner line up for TV battle of the chefs

TV3 bosses have raked the coals of the celebrity pool and come up with six new reality TV stars.

A mixed bag has been chosen to participate in a new programme, which will see them suffer the wrath of Michelin star chef Conrad Gallagher, in the same style as that of its predecessor, Head Chef.

X Factor reject Wagner, panto queen Twink and the mum from Crystal Swing, Mary Murray-Burke have all put their heads on the plate. And they'll be joined by Apprentice contestant Geraldine O'Callaghan, Wicklow model Kohlin Harris and little known broadcaster Michael Hayes.

Wagner (55) has already been spotted soaking up the Dublin social life in recent days as he makes the most out of his time in the capital.

The Brazilian oddball was spotted out and about with Dublin 'modeliser' Dave Murphy at the weekend, and he must have been taking tips from the lothario, as rumours are already circulating that he has been feverishly flirting with the female contestants.

And with a well documented history of trying to romance his colleagues -- even making fellow X Factor contestant Mary Byrne leave the room in tears -- sources have confirmed that his behaviour has not changed since his stint on the UK show.

Joining him on the programme is panto queen Twink (60), whose financial and personal ups and downs have made headlines over the past few years.

Producers and fans alike are hopeful that she won't be holding back on her trademark acid-tongued remarks, which is sure to guarantee TV gold.

Crystal Swing matriarch Mary Murray-Burke is said to be getting along like a house on fire with her two older castmates.
