Time to hit gym after an indulgent break in France

WE'VE just come back from France – Peter's parents have a beautiful house in Provence and we always pop over when we get the chance, writes Lorraine Keane.

We flew into Carcassonne and got to see the walled city – it was really spectacular and something I would recommend. France has to be one of my favourite places in the world.

It's also nice to have a break like that before the cold winter weather really sets in. It was fig and cheese season when we were there. That's a dangerous combination – I adore cheese and figs are magnificent.

So obviously I over-indulged and stacked up a good four or five pounds, so my personal trainer Karl Henry will be putting me through my paces in the gym to make sure I'm in top shape.

I mainly do cardio when I go to the gym – and some very light weights. I don't want to be too muscly – I just want to be toned.
